FAQ
Wherever suits you. Based in the Saratoga Lake area, we travel to your office or favorite location — a Wolf Road suite, a meeting room near the airport, your home office in Loudonville, or a quiet outdoor spot along the Mohawk. We bring the lighting and backdrop, so any reasonably sized room works.
Dress the way you would for a big client meeting or a job interview in your field. Plain fabrics in medium tones look sharpest on camera; skip loud prints, large logos and stark white. Pack a second shirt or jacket so you leave with more than one look, and give everything a quick press beforehand.
Individual sessions run 30 minutes and are booked around the Saratoga Springs / Capital Region area at a place you pick — plenty of time to warm up in front of the camera and try an outfit change. On team days, most people are finished in five to ten minutes and head straight back to their desks.
We arrive ahead of your first time slot and turn a conference room or empty office into a compact photo set. Staff sign up for short slots, pop in, and return to work — no one leaves the building. Because everyone shares the same lighting and backdrop, your website and directory look uniform. Teams of 9 or fewer are $125 per person, 10 or more are $95 per person, plus a $100 setup fee within 25 miles of Saratoga Springs, with a $395 on-location minimum (setup included). Anyone you hire over the following 6 months gets a matching headshot free.
Latham and the rest of Colonie are well inside our range, along with Loudonville, Cohoes, Watervliet, Niskayuna and Clifton Park. We work with clients within 25 miles of Saratoga Springs, so most of the northern Capital Region is covered by the standard setup fee.
Proofs arrive soon after your session so you can pick your favorites. Retouched finals usually follow within a few business days of your picks. Working against a deadline — a new role, a conference bio, a website refresh? Let us know when you book and we'll plan around it.
